To drive to Chateau du Guerinet from the main Channel ports (e.g. Calais) takes about 5 hours and all but the last 15 minutes is on motorways. The route is straightforward. You can go via Paris or via Rouen, Le Mans and the newly extended A28 which is brand new and hardly used as it is only on the most recent maps.
