How To Book

We are booking now for all weddings and holidays all perfectly tailored to your needs. We accept payment by Credit/Debit card, bank transfer and cash in some circumstances. Credit, debit card and paypal.com payments will incur a fee of 4%. Deposits are 25% of the accommodation (cheque, credit or debit cards, bank transfer accepted). Remaining balances are due 2 months prior to departure. For bookings made within 2 months prior to departure, we will need 100% payment immediately. Cheques made payable to C Clemence.

Booking Form

1. Decide on a holiday

Please feel free to email us with any queries. If you would like to talk with us please email suggested times so we can schedule a teleconference.

2. Check availability

Fill out our Online enquiry form, or e-mail us with your preferred dates.

3 Make a Reservation

We will then answer any of your questions and confirm availability and will hold open this provisional booking for 7 days while you gather your final thoughts together and get a signed booking form and deposits sent into us via e-mail.

4. Send in Deposits and payment

If you wish to pay a deposit you will need to print off the booking form and send it into the address with a deposit by cheque or by pay-pal.com if paying by credit or debit card, or you can arrange a direct deposit to our account.
