Our infrared sauna is deeply relaxing and energizing. Using it is not the traditional claustrophobic experience. The windows and glass door allow you to gaze over the chateau grounds whilst you sit back and listen to your choice of music from an extensive selection playing on the inbuilt stereo CD player.

As you relax in the gentle heat of our sauna, your body is hard at work, producing sweat, pumping blood and burning calories. Conventional saunas need high air temperature to pull impurities from the body, but our infrared heated sauna can directly penetrate up to 45 mm inside the body for a great detox treatment.

Infrared sauna heat therapy allows increased blood circulation to carry great amounts of nutrients to the skin, thus promoting healthy skin tone and texture. European beauty specialists confirm that infrared sauna sessions will greatly speed any anti-cellulite program! As your body increases sweat production to cool itself, your heart works harder pumping blood at a greater rate to boost circulation, providing the benefits of continuous exercise. The heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rates increase, while diastolic blood pressure drops for improved overall cardiovascular fitness.

According to a journal of the American Medical Association report, a 20-30 minute session creates approximately the same amount of perspiration as a six-mile run, so you can loose weight not just water. While the weight of the water loss can be regained by hydration with water, the calories consumed will not be. Infrared saunas are often used to treat:
